The entire event will take place at Coombe Yarra Valley. The address is 673-675 Maroondah Highway, Coldstream VIC 3770.

Warning: Taxi and Ubers can be unreliable in the Yarra Valley. Please pre-book Taxi’s and Ubers prior to the day. Private Tea Ceremony Guests should arrive at 2pm, Main Ceremony Guests should arrive at 3:30pm, and Reception ends at 10:30pm.

We will also have transport from Coombe to Doncaster Shoppingtown Hotel at 10:30pm. Please let us know in your RSVP if you’d like a seat.

Reception will be a seated dinner, and kids meals will be available upon request. Please let us know any of your dietary requirements in your RSVP.

Our cake will be dairy-free and vegan.

Please bring a light layer for the evening. The gardens include gravel and grass, so we recommend choosing footwear accordingly.

If you are unsure, warm or earthy colours would suit the setting nicely, but anything you feel good in is perfect.

Many of you are traveling interstate and overseas to celebrate with us, so your presence means the world to us and is all we ask for. If you'd still like to contribute, thank you! We will have a wishing well on the day for our honeymoon fund.

Children are welcome! Please let us know how many, their ages, and if they require a kids meal in your RSVP.

We completely understand the wish to capture special moments. For our ceremonies, we kindly ask that phones be put away so everyone can be fully present with us. Our photographer will capture the day and we will happily share the images with you afterwards.
